San Diego Comic/Cartoon Art Class

I will be teaching a comic/cartoon art class in April and May. It will be held once a week for six weeks on Mondays at 4:45-5:45 P.M. The date range will be April 10 – May 15, 2023.

In this super fun course at Expressive Arts Studio in North Park, we’ll explore:

  • Building dynamic characters, objects, and backgrounds from simple shapes
  • Drawing faces and expressions
  • Using perspective
  • Realistic and cartoon styles
  • Using models and photos

Additional Notes

  • Class is for grades 4 and up
  • Class size limited to eight students
  • Taught by Mr. Wil (Wil Forbis)
  • Cost is $180 including supply fees
